  Beware everyone..
  Called this business named "Weber Specialties" to ask about getting my carburetor fixed..
  I asked him the following question "do you guys look after carburetors" so he laughed out and Ii continued and laughed with him, then he said "what an idiot" so I asked him, "did you just call me an idiot" then he said "YES I DID DO YOU NOT TAKE A JOKE" then I said, Sorry No I don't because I don't know you and its my first time to call you.. Then he says "Well I don't need you"..
  what a great customer service, I give you nothing more than a 0 out of 10.. Rude and disrespectful guy..
