  Paid $120 yesterday for a switch not to be repaired and a squirt of grease (part of it on the window and frame, rather than where needed).
  The broken bit on my passenger seat and the dirty rag were probably the New Customer Welcome Package.
  
  Went back today to ask if that was the average quality of their service. The guy cleaned the grease of the window. Thanks so much, I do feel it's worth the price, now...
